Good Stay and Good Management
We had a pleasant stay and the team was readily available to help out.
The rooftop view was amazing and in room dining was instant too.
Great F&B team
Associates at all F&B outlets were really kind whenever I go. They are always patient and calm. Especially Chamod & Dhanuja at Bayu, Sadani & Shashika at Colombo Kitchen, Gimhan, Dhanuka, Rasun, Rajitha & Enethra CBS. Keep up the good work.
Not upto the standard
I was very disappointed with my stay at sheraton colombo.while the peoperty itself looks modern.the overall experience did not meet the standards expected from a five star hotel. Considering the price charged.i expected much better service. I hope the management take this feedback seriously and improves the quality of service.

Bad service
I stayed with my family for one night and the property was excellent but the service was ZERO. I am not satisfied.
