Spent the best 14 days of my quarantine here with my baby and I’m in love with this place. Service was excellent.Staff was very friendly and supportive too.Love their attitude and how they treat guests even in this special situation. Comfortable spacious room with balcony and the view was amazing 🤩.Though we couldn’t go out from the room we could enjoy the view through balcony and it helped me to keep my two year old happy too. Food was yummy 😋 . Everything else was on point. There’s nothing to complain about. Special thanks goes to Mr.Tharanga Athauda-Food and beverage Executive who was very helpful for everything during our stay.Thank You once again 🙏🏻.You are a star ⭐️.Keep up the good work. Thank you everyone. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Amenities were excellent. It was very comfortable. Loved the sea view...
I booked a Deluxe room but it was upgraded to a one of the best suites in the hotel. Many thanks for the staff for giving us a great experience. Food was also good. For those who like sea food and sea view it’s a great place.
I have been staying here since 5th April till 12th. Hotel is very beautiful by the sea. Amazing location with gardening...
However, the food that I was given below average of compared to even local street foods. My lunch and dinner were given with previous day left over stuff few times. Disgusting responses by the F&B team for inquiries. Serious service quality improvements are required for guest in-room Dinning.
Very spacious room with excellent amenities and great view, food was outstanding, with great variety and taste the boy who served in the room service was brilliant, always with can do attitude. Front of the house staff too were very polite and helpful.
