Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
It was a great hospitable experience. The duty manager Ms. Mandavi was exceptional in her behaviour. A complete help guide. The kitchen staff was also extremely good and more than ready to help. Thank you for making it a memorable stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Novotel Goa for a couple of days, and overall, it was a great experience.
The property is amazing, well-maintained, and located in a very convenient part of North Goa. The location offers easy connectivity and makes it convenient to explore various places around North Goa.
What really stood out was the staff behaviour and hospitality. Everyone was very courteous, helpful, and quick to assist whenever we needed anything in the room.
A special mention to the GM, Mandavi Singh, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She made the check-in and check-out process very smooth and also helped us with useful information about the property and places to explore.
Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend Novotel Goa for a stay in North Goa!
