Excellent hotel. Great service
The Premium room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices,The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to Calangute beach. I would recommend to Family & friends, and will definitely stay again

Good evening it’s was nice to stay ocean plam. First thing was ther is no rain 🌧 and great well come beautiful smile 😃 Anthony , nithin debu one more reception girl. They give me nice room. Thanks to sheetal arrange me good room and F&B was good service for help me milk 🥛 for my baby dinner was good 👍 lunch was perfect 👍 breakfast was good I give 10/10 I forgot 2 f&b staff name one was kolkatta and south goa live music good 👍 and magic show very good 😊 and things is very good 👍 specially thanks for sheetal,nithin Anthony debu velonthino each and every one, I will come back .
Excellent stay
We had a wonderful stay here. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days in palm suite room. The room was spacious and well maintained. The swimming pool is awesome. Kids and us enjoyed it. The staffs are courteous. It's located in the main area . Overall it's a pleasurable stay. Would definitely stay here if I visit goa again.
Extremely poor customer service front desk ,restaurant staff
Extremely poor customer service front desk ,restaurant Not friendly at all We have to ask to refill every single item in buffet. We requested for 1 day extension or late checkout as we had late night flight, the front desk didn't even respect the words .Overall not a good place for family.
Unprofessional and casual approach towards customer.
I am writing this review with the unpleasant stay I had in this property during 26-29 th Jan . I got a rental car from airport and parked in the property premises with the keys being with the security guard overnight .
The property has a adjacent private property inside where there is man who is claimed to be physco person by the property.
In night of 27th Jan in the parking, this many damaged the car in my parking .
When I reported this to reception and to the GM Me George , he simply shyed away by directing me to the notice that parking is at owner risk .
This shows how casual and irresponsible the team at ocean palm towards the guest staying here and getting a rental car.
They are not ready provide any claim and take responsibility of this incident which has happened.
Despite of me visiting the police station in person and making all the noise , they only reimburse me rs 4000 as a requested claim for the damage of my rental car out of 8000 asked for .
I am sharing this at all public and tourist portal and also make sure I create a awareness in all my network of friend to never make a booking with this property
