Little peace of heaven
I have stayed in many hotels in goa Sony plaza went above and beyond…. From management to room boys … Paul and his assistant manager annul couldn’t do enough for their guests The hotel is very clean,food and service very good … the rooms are very spacious…lounge, super king size bed… dressing room with full length mirrors… coffee and tea facilities and a fridge …A smart tv with an abundance of channels in English and Hindi … it’s set back off the road so it’s quiet and peaceful this would be my go to hotel in the north very central …. The pool is predominantly in the sun for those that like to sunbathe,another area for those that don’t,home from home
Honest. , friendly and hospitable
What a brilliant hotel the staff are amazing , friendly and extremely honest , we left a substantial amount of money at the bar by mistake on our first night (£650) the waiter that found it handed it to reception who gave it back to us the next morning . Can’t fault the hotel rooms are spacious and clean and beds are large and comfortable and food is exceptional . Been to Goa 19 times and will definitely back next year to this hotel

2nd visit back in February for 3 weeks Great location so that’s how much I rate it Amul on front desk deals with everything you may need quickly and professionally 🙏 All staff are great and a mention to security 12 hours on but always a smile and a happy conversation
BEST hotel ever!
Where to start… this everyone is the BEST hotel ever!! 3rd time back and never disappoint! Stepping off the bus, there was Amul ready to greet everyone , Amul is on reception and has been there since I started going to this hotel, he is the kindest person ever always smiling nothing is too much trouble for him ever! Along side Amul was big boss man this time , and would just like to thank him and Amul for everything to they did to make our stay the best stay ever.
Next we go to the room, rooms are always amazingly clean can never fault, our cleaner for the 2 weeks we was there was Munna! Big shout out to him for making sure our room was spotless and clean everyday without fail he was there ready to clean always smiling very polite, Thankyou Munna keep up the amazing work!!
Now we’ve reached the bar, well get ready for some brilliant characters that will make your holiday complete, Breakfast is great, lots of variety to choose from , from Indian breakfast to English, eggs cooked to order , fresh juice and fruit each day they’ve re done the restaurant since we stayed before the pandemic and it looks amazing!!! The lunch and dinner there is also amazing food if you’re looking for a chilled night around the pool!!
