Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We had the most wonderful stay, made even more special because we were celebrating my mom’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make her day truly memorable. Every little detail, gesture, and interaction felt so thoughtful and genuine. It wasn’t just a stay—it felt like a celebration created especially for us. A very special mention to Ms. Yogeshwari, whose warmth and personal attention made a huge difference, and to Cindi, Joana, and Sunil for making us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. I may not remember everyone’s names, but I want to sincerely thank the entire team. Each person we interacted with was incredibly kind, attentive, and warm. Thank you for turning my mom’s birthday into such a beautiful and unforgettable memory. We left with happy hearts and wonderful memories. Truly grateful for the hospitality and the beautiful experience. We will definitely cherish this stay for a long time!
Highly over rated, such a premium location and property but staff either is highly overloaded or is very arrogant.
They were fastest only at time of getting room vacant, rest all either breakfast buffet or in room dinning or any other need - high waiting time. If their is technical issue don't expect 5 star response time
We enjoyed our few days at The Taj Aguada. The food was varied and tasty, the staff were pleasant, accommodating and attentive, especially Sanjeev, by the poolside.
We would, however, have preferred not to have had so many centipedes outside our room, on the ground floor though, we understand that thete are plans to refurbish that wing.
I also think that the experience would he improved by improvements to the approaching road(s), which appear to be too narrow for the numbers of holiday makers.

Started my career at Taj Holiday Village, Sinquerim (2007-2008) — my first learning mandir. This week I walked in as a guest for a room enquiry and left with fond memories for life.
Sincere thanks to Ujjwal — for assisting with room enquiry, personally showing rooms and explaining all amenities in detail with so much pride and patience. True Tajness.
After that, I did what my heart wanted — coffee at Caravela Outer Deck, Table No. 40. Sat there quietly watching the ocean, boats, and the Garuda bird soaring above. That 30 minutes was meditation — 2007 to 2026 in one view.
Then met my old family from my tenure — took photos, shared stories, laughed like no years had passed.
