Great staff
A lovely relaxing hotel with a great pool and an excellent dining room with plenty of choices. Dominic our waiter made sure we had food that wasn’t too spicy for our western palate. Hotel also organised a sunset cruise
Super luxurious stay
Excellent resort and super hospitality. Big room and good lake view. The pool side evening snack is unforgettable. Lake view room recommended. We stayed for 1 day, but every second was worth spending. Sunset view from the room was mesmerizing.
Poor
Over priced, no good facilities, they don't have any good parking area for our vehicles and they fixed board parking at own risk. Restaurant experience terrible. Don't recommend to any one. Only we like boat trip and swimming pool.
Passive Smoking is a Big Put Off
location is excellent, basic rooms, lots of insects & worms in bathroom & all over hotel, people smoke wherever they want disturbing ambience & aura, passive smoking is a big put off, receptionists are polite, kind, helpful, courteous swimming pool staff are untrained, inept & incompetent not worth the money
Not a good stay
Staffs were polite however the rooms are basic with old mattress which itches. Bathroom were grimy n no hot water. Not worth the money paid. I have stayed in better 4* hotels at cheaper rate which were genuinely much cleaner n enjoyable stay. I couldn't wait to check out.
