General view

The staff are very friendly and highly attentive. Everything is very clean, and the breakfast choice is extensive. I had the buffet evening meal once which was good value, and I was told there was an a la carte menu too. The pool is just a dip pool really, but good views over the mountains. Denmark and Saji were excellent waiters too !!

Perfect for business 

Because the staff very kind especially the one who is in the recaption his name salah for eygipt and im sure have visited again put i hope give a spical price because im always when i came to muscat i book at intercity hotel and also im sure i will visit again

I don't know how to thank enough the staff of this hotel especially the bar and restaurant team. They accommodated every request with a smile for us and our baby. We spent 3 weeks at the hotel and it really felt like home.
Thank you to Neipai, Kaonai, Heshan, Joval, Nikita, Joanne and their manager (i guess) Saji. (Hope I am not forgetting or mispelling anyone). I won't forget their smile and kindness.
I also want to mention three staff members who went extramile to make us feel not only welcome but really special. 
1. Noman (doorman). The gentle giant at the entrance makes you feel safe as soon as you step in. He would help with anything.
2. Natacha (chef). She was coming to the table to offer her delicious specialties or even just to say hi. That was so sweet and unexpected.
3. Denmark (service). I am sure you know how lucky you are to have him. A superstar really.
Great breakfast and best Ceasar salad.

Never experienced an hotel with so many genuine smiles

I stayed at this hotel for near 4 weeks collectively and I loved everything about it. The staff are very nice and welcoming. I want to thank all of them, especially Juan at the reception and Denmark at the restaurant. The location is very good. As a single traveler, I felt truly safe throughout my stay. The breakfast is versatile and the staff nicely accommodated any special requests. The lobby has a nice atmosphere to work in and I can say that the staff did their best so the hotel feels like home. The rooms were very clean and nice with good lightening and everything. The only very minor issue that I faced was that considering my long stay, the refrigerator in the room was quite small; however, it was a normal size like what I've seen in most hotels and I've only seen very few hotels with larger refrigerators so I wouldn't consider it as a drawback for the hotel. I had a few experiences with extended stays at two other hotels in other countries, and doubtlessly I can say that the wonderful staff of intercity hotel made my experience in muscat distinguishable from all my previous experiences.

A unique and pleasant stay

It is an excellent hotel, simply, you feel home. 
The restaurant have an excellent food variable, the survive is outstanding.
The quality of the life in the hotel makes you relax and happy. This is generally what a gust needs.
I am convinced that’s the best quality price hotel in Oman.
