Kempinski standards combined with Omani hospitability made the most faultless exceptional stay
An honest review from a family trip. This hotel is exceptional ! Omani hospitality coupled with Kempinski standards makes this hotel absolutely faultless.
The staff at this hotel cannot do enough for you. The intentional personalised hospitality; along with the immaculately clean room, pools and beaches made us never want to leave.
We absolutely loved it here and would most definitely return again. Special mention for Holino at Cafe One who made our every afternoon tea very special.
Kempinski The Spa don't miss out
We are currently guests of the hotel which to date has been wonderful. My husband and I both had treatments within their Spa. My husband, as a treat, had an Aroma Massage and facial. He was out of his comfort zone but felt relaxed by the whole experience. Apologies my husband couldn't remember his therapist name. I also had the Aroma Massage and body scrub both by the wonderful Jutarat. She explained the process so clearly, adapted it were required and made the whole experience so relaxing and refreshing. I would highly recommend the Spa which also offers access to a Steam Room, Sauna, Jacuzzi and relaxation area.

A Beautiful Hotel with Wonderful Staff
I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing, and the service provided by the staff is excellent. This is actually my fourth time staying at this hotel since last year, and I have always been very happy with my experience. The staff are very kind, helpful, welcoming, and professional. I truly appreciate their cooperation, support, and wonderful attitude. I am very pleased with my stays here and would happily recommend this hotel to others.
