⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Encore by Wyndham. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are friendly and professional. A special thanks to Sister Shaymaa at Olivia Restaurant for her warm hospitality and excellent service, and heartfelt appreciation to the lady chef for preparing such delicious and flavorful food—every meal was a delight. The Housekeeping team also deserves praise for keeping the rooms spotless and well maintained. Highly recommended for its excellent hospitality, outstanding service, and delicious food.

Friendly and helpful staff
We recently spent three days at the Ramada Encore Hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Shimaa and Bernard in the hotel restaurant, who truly made us feel at home.

Unique Experience of Dining in Ramada Encore, Ghubra
A marvelous dining experience in this Hotel. Continental breakfast fast is great Shymaa and Berna waiters serves with good smile and cooking staff are good cooperative for customer satisfaction
Great stay here
From the greeting on arrival, the whole experience has been fabulous. Sharaf on reception has been super helpful and endlessly patient. Amal and Renu in the restaurant deserve a special mention, helpful and kind, so quick to clear the table between courses, generally made my meals a pleasure. The pool lifeguards are also quick to help with anything needed. This is real genuine hospitality.
My room is a good size, and has everything I need.
I have had no problems at all with this hotel. For me I couldn't fault it.
