Wonderful Resort!!
We were absolutely delighted with our stay! The staff, especially Isa, Jonathan, Anton, and Mahmoud, were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our entire stay.
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with several stunning pools and breathtaking views. You simply feel relaxed and happy from the moment you arrive because everything is so beautiful and peaceful.
The breakfast was also wonderful, with a great selection of delicious food and a beautiful atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely come back. We highly recommend this beautiful resort! ❤️

Excellent hotel
Excellent stay !, The only negative point was that I booked through hotel website directly and supposedly the rate should be better than websites . Then I found out that on booking .com the rate and offers were lower and discounted comparing to what I paid . I reported that twice to the reception and did send an email too but unfortunately I did not get a feedback from the management . So I decided to check out 2 days earlier because of this careless attitude . I would have accepted a reply anyway .

We had a great stay at The Chedi as always. The service was excellent Staff was very friendly Sultan at the front desk was very helpful and hospitable

Peaceful, moody, magical. Just like staying at a friend's luxury home. Had an amazing 3 days at The Chedi Muscat. Despite the unassuming entry way, the property is a sprawling sanctuary with beatiful gardens that are even more beautiful at night. The staff were warm, welcoming and tended to our every need. Special mention to the bartender at The Club Lounge - Richard Saren, who took exceptional care of us every night we visited. Our room was comfortable and very tastefully furnished. The restaurant served great food and the pools were awesome. One thing truly unique at this property is the sense of quiet exclusivity which is not shared by the other luxury resorts in the city. We will definitely come back.

Summer escape
The Chedi Muscat is my most favourite hotel. Everything from the friendly, sincere, helpful staff to the magnificent facilities and grounds. The peace and tranquility is sheer heaven to escape to.
