Dear [Hotel Management],

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your hotel. As a frequent customer, I have always enjoyed the hospitality and services provided, but my last experience was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, during my visit to the restaurant, the manager displayed a noticeable attitude towards me when I requested a table. Despite my apology in case I had inadvertently done something to offend her, she continued to be unwelcoming with unpleasant looks and an unprofessional demeanor.

Secondly, I visited the bar to get a drink and was informed that the system was broken. However, I observed other customers being served drinks. When I inquired again, I was told that drinks were being given out based on the bartender's discretion. This selective service left me feeling very disappointed and unsatisfied.

I hold your hotel in high regard and believe that this incident does not reflect the usual standards of hospitality you are known for. I hope that these matters can be addressed with the staff to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Not nice for event

I would like thanks to Mimi for great hospitality and kindness. 
Hotel provide great service and has amazing facility. Close to beach and has large pool. Has view directly to ocean. Provide tasty meals. You have choice to select  different meals.

Hotel and service

Wow! still saving the Note Simo Winsider & the team wrote for us. each one from the bell boy, front office, chef to an assistant did the best to make us feel special. amazing property still new shiny and boy oh boy a party persons delight in muscat. warm staff humble and hospitable. benefits of being a bonvoy did help but you guys went above and beyond. amazing variety even for Vegetarians thank you for that.

I came to W Muscat  as a guest and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel’s ambiance and facilities are top-notch. Special thanks to Batuhan, who provided detailed information about the hotel and guided us perfectly. His professionalism and friendly attitude made our experience even better.
