Simply the best service I’ve ever experienced on holiday. The staff are so attentive, friendly and hard working. Particularly Ravi at coco’s bar and Biswas at The Club.
The Cocos-Bar, next to the pool, is perfect located and Ravi is really a great person. He is talking to you like a friend, serves you fast and loves his job. We had a great time. Thank you!
First visit to Salalah, Oman. Best hospitality thoughout our 4 days stay. From getting rooms, to booking taxis, to arranging golf carts, and even room service was spectacular. Everything was organised & planned, from buffet menus to arranging for pool towels. The staff was always helpful & cheerful giving us a feeling of true luxury hospitality. The food, the cocktail bar, the private beach, the heated pool, the SPA service everything we tried & it was fantastic. We went in the last week of Khareef (monsoon season), so the crowd was much less, but very good european & expat population, no issues or language bariers, very friendly enrivonment. If you're looking for a chill, relaxing, fully managed luxury experience, Fanar is the place. Truly worthwhile experience at Fanar, and I would definitely come here again.
Ravi at Cocos Bar is a really friendly, attentive, and professional barkeeper.He always makes you feel welcome and takes great care of his guests. His cocktails taste amazing and are always prepared with great attention to detail. We really enjoyed our time at Cocos Bar thanks to Ravi and his excellent service. Highly recommended!
