Gorgeous Hotel with a Perfect Balance
A gorgeous unique hotel with incredibly helpful and welcoming staff. I loved the separation between the well-equipped work areas and the relaxing poolside space, making it easy to switch off and enjoy the sunshine.
Perfect for a work trip or layover, but with its very central location, it would also be a great choice for a longer stay.
Exceeded My Expectations – Fantastic Service and a Special Mention for Ati
The 25hours Hotel Dubai really impressed me on this stay, the team completely exceeded my expectations this time around.
From the excellent communication via WhatsApp to the care and attention given to my specific allergy requirements, the level of service was fantastic throughout. The hotel itself has such a great atmosphere and energy, and I felt very well looked after during my stay.
I would especially like to recognise Ati, who is currently completing work experience at the hotel while studying hospitality. It was so refreshing to be welcomed and assisted by a female member of the concierge team, and she made such a positive impression. Ati was personable, confident and genuinely warm, and clearly has a natural understanding of hospitality and how to make guests feel welcome. I wish her every success in her chosen career, I’m sure she has a very bright future ahead of her.
A huge thank you to the entire 25hours Hotel team for such a positive experience. I’m very glad I gave the hotel another chance, and I genuinely look forward to returning again soon.

We had an amazing stay at 25hours Hotel One Central while celebrating my husband’s birthday, and it truly exceeded our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s beautiful lobby. The vintage concept with a modern touch gives the hotel such a unique character and creates a wonderful first impression. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and very well equipped. We especially appreciated that all the amenities were already complete, so there was no need to request anything extra.
A special thank you to Chona, the security lady guard, for being so approachable, friendly, and welcoming from the start. She made us feel comfortable right away. We’d also like to recognize Josh and Diana at Ernst Restaurant for taking such great care of us during our dining experience. They were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome.
We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and a complimentary minibar, which made our celebration even more special. The facilities were excellent, and every part of our stay was enjoyable.
One of the best things about the hotel is that it’s pet-friendly! We can’t wait to come back next time with our cat.
