Amazing down town view
It was fantastic experience, Staff handling and service was 5 star Specially Mr Ram (life guard) and deepak in service, I will recommend to my friends 😁😁😁😁
Disappointed by the decline
Terrible experience here! Compared to a year ago the hotel has completely gone downhill under the new management. What a pity to see this hotel so poorly organised, badly managed and nowhere near the standards it used to have. Very disappointing and not recommended anymore

View of Burj Khalifa from room but furniture needs update
We stayed at Address Sky View Dubai for three nights in Room 1206. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the hotel itself is beautiful, especially the lobby area, which is conveniently located near the pool. Hotel was nicely scented.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the impressive view of the Burj Khalifa from our room although the room itself was quite minimalist. The furniture could use some updating to bring it more in line with the standards expected from an Address property.
Housekeeping, unfortunately, needs improvement. The room was not cleaned thoroughly, with noticeable dust remaining and used cups not being cleared. The concierge and valet service were also quite slow at times.
One of the advantages of staying here is access to the pool on Level 54. The pool can get quite crowded, so I would recommend going early to enjoy it. The spa on Level 54 is also well worth a visit. A special mention to Rosa from Indonesia, who was excellent and provided very good service.
The staff were generally friendly and attentive. George at reception deserves a special mention — he is such a sweet and genuinely pleasant person who made us feel very welcome. At the restaurant, Michelle and Rachelle were also lovely, attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
The food in the breakfast buffet was cold but we were able to order from the Ala Carte Menu. More selection could be better.
