bad hotel
Misstreatig .Worse hotel ever. very bad service. When i came in a rolls they treated me well, when i came in other cars they didint even come to take the valet
Really disappointed
Absolutely horrific stay, We were caught in the line of fire with the war in Iran, hotel were not helpful we were told to pay the extra or leave the hotel. With no choice it cost us an extra £5,000 to stay at no fault of our own as all flights were cancelled.
Vacation at Al habtoor palace
Everything was perfect, all the staff is amazing and it’s super clean. The housekeepers were so kind and great (Ennile, Suraj, Willy, Marina, Laila and Ram) thank you so much.
Beautiful Stay
The stuff is very welcoming and helpful from the entrance of the hotel till check out you are treated like royalty and special thanks to Sathyam bellman who assisted in check in and check out and always smiling. And thanks to Neha for being present in the lobby and immediately assisted us with check out which took less than 2 minutes. Breakfast was nothing but perfect and impeccable service and immaculate resturant. Definitely returning to this hotel again. One of the best underrated hotels in dubai. Thanks for Habtoor management for delivering excellent service to your guests.

I had a very pleasant stay and was extremely happy with the service. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Isaak, Stephen, Ameen, Mohamed, Yunus, and Asaad for taking such great care of me and making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
