Having stayed at this hotel for few days - I had booked including breakfast.
My breakfast experience was great - special thanks to Aissam whom have always looked after our table and provided good service. I see His smile spread the entire lounge with enthusiasm.
Thank you Aissam for the good job.
We had such an awesome experience staying at this hotel last week. The suite was incredibly luxury, very spacious, with beautiful decoration touches !
Every thing was fantastic from the staff to the cleanliness but a few things annoyed during my stay 1-the cleanliness of the shower it was not cleaned well and the cleanliness of closet wich made a few of my clothes dirty due to the shelf being filled the dust 2- the quality of the breakfast which made me eat at the Dubai mall or any other place even though I paid for it.
Stayed here recently on a leisure trip and unfortunately the experience didn't match the property's rating or my Titanium loyalty tier.
Day 1: The AC in my assigned room wasn't working, so I was moved to a different room. No welcome amenities were left, and there was no upgrade despite my loyalty tier — both things I'd expect as standard. No turndown service was done that evening either. We ordered in-room dining this same day.
Day 2: We had tea at the lobby cafe, where we were served a raspberry tart with visible mold and a "deconstructed carrot cake" that barely resembled one. Honestly, if it weren't for Angel, one of the waitresses there, the whole experience would have been a write-off — she was attentive and handled it well. Turndown service only happened after I requested it, and even then felt rushed rather than the standard I'd expect at this level. Welcome amenities also had to be requested on day two, since they still hadn't been placed.
Day 3 (checkout): The hotel's valet damaged one of my tyres. When I raised it, I was told it "wasn't their responsibility" and to call the police myself. I ended up waiting 4 hours in the lobby for police to arrive before the Head of Security got involved and had the tyre replaced. I was offered water and coffee during that time — nothing more, despite losing most of a day at the hotel.
Separately, I was undercharged for day one's in-room dining, but instead of the hotel contacting me about it over the next two days, it was raised at checkout under vague "check-out formalities" language.
The gym and pool were genuinely nice and well-maintained. But a property at this level shouldn't need a guest to request their own welcome amenity or turndown service twice, and valet is a service the hotel is accountable for, subcontracted or not.
Credit to Angel at the lobby cafe for being the one consistently good part of this stay.
Very good resort with lovely staffs food was really good definitely coming back soon
