I had a really lovely experience at the Anantara Hotel Spa. From the moment I arrived, everyone was warm, friendly, and welcoming. REM, my therapist, was very professional and made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the treatment. I really appreciated the care and attention given during my visit.
Mr. Musa at the spa reception was also very welcoming and friendly. He greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel comfortable right away.
I would especially like to mention Kenneth and Douglas from the bellboy team. They were both very kind, attentive, and helpful. Kenneth, in particular, approached me and offered to help me book a taxi even though I hadn’t asked for assistance. I really appreciated this thoughtful gesture because it showed how observant and genuinely helpful he was. Douglas was also very friendly and attentive, adding to the warm and welcoming experience.
It’s these small gestures and genuine attention to guests that make a big difference. Thank you to REM, Mr. Musa, Kenneth, Douglas, and the whole team at Anantara Hotel Spa for making my visit so pleasant and relaxing. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of, and I would be happy to visit again.

We had an amazing day , we spend all day in ten pop food was great drinks as they should , thanindu and glen made our day even better thank you guys
A few areas could have been better during our stay. The check-in process felt quite dry and transactional rather than warm and welcoming, as you would expect from a luxury hotel.
I also requested turndown service, a refill of the hand soap, and additional water bottles. Despite making sure the room was not on DND, none of these requests were attended to while we were out. When I called to follow up, no clear explanation was provided. Someone was eventually sent up, but only the water was delivered and the hand soap was still not refilled.
That said, the room size was perfect, and the hotel’s location is excellent and close to many attractions and places. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back. I’m happy to give the hotel a second chance, as I believe with better attention to detail and guest service, the experience could be much better.
Special mention to housekeeper Deepika who is very hardworking to do her job well and Eman from the reception team who’s very kind assisting me when I checked in! 🤍🙏🙏🙏
