Amazing Armani

We stayed for 5 days and we felt very pampered. The service and facilities are elegant and practical. We love the treatment from all the staff...

Rooms are big and very comfortable. We received a lot of help to solve some problems we had. Everything was perfect!

Excellent Experience

Review by giovannipW5153NR Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Really a great experience both in the Armani Restaurant and in the Hotel. Luxury athmosphere everywhere. My wife is celiac and the Chef took care about her in a very professional way...

The breakfast was rich balancing the Italian and international dishes, special area dedicated to gluten-free. The professionalism of the masseuses restored us from the hard shopping in The Dubai Mall and the walk around the city. I truly recommend Armani Hotel for special events and staycation.

Probably wouldn't stay here again...

Plus Points: • Hotel cleanliness • Tasteful (yet maybe a little bland) decor • Fountain View Room was modern, spacious and large. The bed is very comfortable. Fair sized bathroom facilities with an additional, separate WC. • Staff generally very polite and courteous • The hotel is situated at the base of the Burj Khalifa, with and excellent view of the fountains and with very useful access to the Dubai Mall via a dedicated walk through link

Negative Points: • Very expensive! (to be fair, that's Dubai in general and what do you expect staying at an Armani branded hotel) • We booked Half Board...

The hotels system seems to be setup for breakfast only guests - so trying to settle the final bill took far longer than it should've, as the Reception Desk have to manually deduct any dinners you had that were included within your Half Board rate. • The check-in process. Our plane landed in the early morning and in the T&Cs it does state that check-in isn't until 15:00. However, after waiting around for several hours we could finally check-in about an hour late. We were offered a fruit basket as an apology / because it was our belated honeymoon, that we never received. During the check-in process, reception also did have a room that was available immediately - perhaps conveniently this was an upgraded room that we would have to pay an additional cost for. • Our half board rate only included the Medittereneo Restaurant. A buffet style restaurant and although the food standard was excellent, the service was sub-standard. Quite often very slow in taking our drinks orders and frequently getting these incorrect or one occasion completely forgotten about.

Diner at Hachi

Review by dominicb161 Kamerik, Utrecht, Netherlands

We had a great diner at Hachi. The food was amazing, the location was the best. But most of all our host (Gerlie) was the best, she took great care of us all including a littlt baby...

If you have any doubs going there this should convince you to go, you won't regret it.

Enjoy🙂
