It is nice hotel with good services staff the front desk staff are very nice Especially Mis Fatema she is all time she is service excellent she is always smiling and helpful person I respect her so and al staff in front even housekeeping staff are very nice Hotel location good near Elregah metro station and ALITHAD metro station not far by walking only 7 minutes also near some of bigger supermarkets for me since 4 years it is my favorite palace
This is one of the old hotels in Dubai. The hotel has a good capacity for improvement but it needs a complete refurbishment. You never look for a 5* service. It's totally odd to me how a 5* hotel refuses to provide slippers or tooth past for its gests. Breakfast in 7 out of 10. I liked the pool and the water quality was good. Location is not bad and you can reach many locations in Deira side easily. I recommend this hotel to the people who are looking for a medium level of service...
But of you look for a 5* hotel service, I advise to look for better options.
The Front Office Lady acts like as if its her owned Hotel... Very Arrogant.. Doesn't even knows the H of Hospitality....Very stupid.....
be ware of her she can Spoil your whole stay at once... she doesn't has the Decency to speak... I feel sorry for the Person who Hired her.. he made a terrible Mistake And the pool Guy asks the Clients to close the door if left open... like y, What is he there for then... Worst ppl of the Hotel... the Bell Boy are far better that the Front office ones.. they should switch the job in my opinion
This hotel does not even deserve 1 star rating and dont know how they have got 5 star.
No response from the front office even u call them 100 times
Really bad hotel in terms of service Poor quality of amenities worst than a 1 star hotel.
Not recemonded to stay or book.
The lovely and very efficient Fatima checked us into this hotel that has an elegance of days gone past. Marble flooring and a grand staircase welcome you with pictures on the wall of some of the royalty and stars that have stayed there since it was opened in 1994. The room was large...
It was clean and decorated in the style of the 90’s. Bottled water is provided but there was no kettle but somehow Fatima managed to get us one for pur stay. The pool is a gem, located on the rooftop where you get sun all day and a cooling breeze. The area around the pool could do with some attention and a few more more up to date sunbeds. The pool is larger than others we have seen in Dubai and is a perfect refreshing temperature. Housekeeping are excellent, particularly Erna, she was very friendly and helpful. I even met Higham who has been mentioned in many of the reviews and I can see why. Overall this hotel could use some investment but if you want to see how luxury looked in the 90’s this is the place to go, enjoy the furnishings, the indoor garden, the atriums and the chandeliers. Thanks again to all the staff in addition tomFatima and Erna who made our stay so nice.
