I loved the 2 bedroom apartment, it was fitting for my family, shower water pressure was good. I received good customer service and when quieres were raised, they addressed well. La Suite pool area caters well for young children, my baby was offered a float to use in the baby pool. Improvement is needed for the half-board option, only water was provided and pre-ordering meals helped and I wished I knew this prior. If meals were pre-ordered, they came in good time and were warm to eat. The pool changing facility was a bit inadequate because i had to use the toilet to change into my swimwear, cubicles would have been better. There is not enough lockers, only one was available for the female members of my family. I was informed that no lockers were available for the male facility. I used the baby changing / disabled facility once, it was grubby and the man that used the facility before I entered informed me that no water was coming out of the tap therefore after changing my baby I went to the ladies toilets to wash my hands.
