Absolute luxury!
First time to Dubai and wow! The hotel is absolutely immaculate. The staff cannot do enough for you. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. We stayed here as a family of 5. Children age 7,9 and 11. They all loved the waterpark (as did we) The pools are cold (very much needed in August) Pool staff always attentive, friendly and helpful. We will be back. Thank you for a perfect stay!
Family stay
We had an amazing stay.It was our third time here. The waterpark is great fun, kids loved it. The breakfast and dinner at the market place was really good. All the staff are so friendly.Lissa remembered us from last few years which was nice.Also special thanks to Rabbi, Chonlatip, Sono, Minal, Arun B, Dipenty and Joseph. The reception were really helpful with letting us get our room early.We will be back next year same time. Thanks again Singh Family

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, with the staff being friendly, attentive, and professional. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and dining experience. I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant, and I would definitely come back again!
