Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Deira is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. The swimming pool and gym in particular deserve 5 stars — they are clean, well-maintained, and provide a great experience for guests.
Their customer service is also worth mentioning. Anne at the front desk is warm, welcoming, and very helpful, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really stands out.
A special mention goes to Kimberly from the restaurant, who is friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Her excellent service adds a lovely personal touch.
Overall, a great hotel with wonderful facilities and, most importantly, staff who understand the importance of making guests feel welcomed and valued.
And! The crème de la crème is the hotels location for any shopper!!!

I had a wonderful experience here been staying for a month.Be it Gigi who was helping me throughout the entire stay and patrick.aparna for the seamless check in and check out.A special mention to bikal as well from housekeeping.And of-course for breakfast who always received me with a warm smile Kim,Jueliut,Dev,Mohammed and the 2 chefs in the omelette section Dikshant and the chef from Tamil Nadu.Zero complaints regarding the room and the team.
