Housekeeping and Hospitality at Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah is Excellent and Staff is very supportive and helping in nature. Subhash and Uma take care of everything your daily needs for comfortable stay and feels like homely vibes in Dubai.
Misleading advertising and unprofessional staff
A truly frustrating experience.
The front desk staff, Symbat and Elosiso, were extremely rude, and one of them initially refused to provide her name when asked. Poor service from start to finish.
I would not recommend this hotel, and I have already filed a formal complaint regarding this incident. Booking here was one of the worst decisions I made.
Great Stay at Hyatt Place Jumeirah
I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Jumeirah and the way I was treated throughout my time at the hotel was truly amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, valued, and comfortable. Everyone was professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything needed.
The check-in process was smooth, the rooms were consistently clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made my stay very enjoyable. The team regularly checked to ensure everything was fine, which showed genuine care and excellent hospitality.
The only area where there is room for improvement would be the food quality and variety, especially for international guests. Nevertheless, the overall experience was excellent, and I truly appreciate the effort and dedication of the entire team. I would definitely stay here again.
