I was check-in April 1 to 3 then when i have a visitor in my last night, they charge me 120 dirhams for another room. Then when i ask policy about that, they can't show any policy. And also the guy in night shift wearing black suit was laughing at me when they charge me 120 dirhams. This is the first time happen on me in my 8 years check-in in hotels. It was really bad experience for me. And the staff that night shift was really rude specially the guy wearing black suit.

I book room for 2 person, then i got 1 by 1 visitors. Then when my last night i got visitor then they charged me 120 to other room. But in other hotel i never experience that. Night shift staff specially the guy in black syit was so rude and he is laughing while they charge me 120 dirhams.
Excellent location near Union Metro (Red & Green Lines), safe lively area, spacious rooms, and helpful staff.
Very conveniently located and within walking distance of Union Metro Station, a major interchange for both the Red and Green Lines. The area has 24-hour supermarkets and remains active at night, with well-lit streets that feel safe. There are plenty of food options nearby. The hotel room was spacious, the staff were helpful, and room service was prompt.

Comfortable place. Very clean. Close to transportation. Affordable. Near to restaurant. Pleasant and corteous staff.
Worst food and breakfast
Pathetic breakfast,they dont cook anything new,only dinner's stale food is served,even fruits are stale,tea is not tasting fine,1 time they had given in south indian-only stale sambar,no idli no wada nothing with it ,they dont even specify if there's beef in any sausage
