Chef Suresh is amazing. He made the BEST mutton curry tonight. Beautifully spiced with tender meat...
I spoke to him and sung his praises. I wish he lived in my village ❤️. A very genuine guy who loves to cook. You are so lucky to have him on your staff. Also, his Biriani rocks too!!!
Should both be on the menu every night!!
We have been to Dubai multiple times. This is the first time we stayed at the Lapita - but will certainly not be the last.
We have spent 10 days here on a family holiday (two children aged 9 and 6. The resort has everything that a family can ask for: kids club, large pools, lazy river with donuts, 4 minute walk from our room to the 4 parks etc.
The upmost element to call out is the service from the staff...
First class. What makes a stay special are the small details - all the staff from the receptionists to the management team passing through housekeeping. We would like to call out Yasser and Anna in the restaurant for their exceptional, professional and going the extra mile.
Highly recommended for families. We will definitely be back.
Amazing place, breakfast was great and with many options to choose, rooms were quite big and very clean, and accessible area to theme parks. of course the whole resort itself is wonderful and the staff very friendly especially Ayyasamy...
We had an extremely good experience @ hotel - the chef prepared breakfast with less spices for our son ; one of the staff Yasser was extremely sweet and helpful and ensured our stay was extremely comfortable .. room service team lead Halima kept a direct contact to ensure all our requests were promptly met and kept following if we needed anything more for our litte one .. all in all a great experience !
Stayed here for 2 nights with my 2 children, half board. Check in was very quick. I booked a double room and we were kindly offered a twin room to accommodate us better, which we gratefully accepted...
Our room was in the main building, top floor.
The hotel and grounds are lovely. Free access to Dubai Parks & Resorts was included in our package. Buggy service is offered to the theme park gate, very welcomed in the 40+°C heat! However the hotel is super close and very convenient for nipping back to eat and freshen up.
We ate at the buffet for Breakfast & Dinner which was in Hikina restaurant. There wasn't a lot of choices, but this might have been because the main buffet restaurant hadn't reopen yet. Also the lay out of the food wasn't the best, as couldn't see very well what options there was and there was no food signs beside some of the foods. However, the food we did eat was enjoyable. I liked the fact that soft drinks was included in the Half Board option.
All staff were nice and helpful. We would return to this hotel again.
