Mandarin Oriental Jumeira

Simply outstanding.

This was our sixth consecutive July vacation at Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah, Dubai. I have been visiting Dubai almost every year since 2013, and from the very first time I stayed at this hotel, I knew I would return. It is, in fact, the only hotel that I continue to revisit on every trip to Dubai.

Whenever I come to the city, I usually divide my stay among three or four different luxury hotels to experience what each one has to offer. Yet, Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah is the one hotel I never replace.

The reason is simple: the people. The level of genuine hospitality displayed by the team is extraordinary. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel not like a guest, but like you are truly at home.

I celebrated my birthday during this stay, and throughout the week I was touched by countless thoughtful gestures—from the breakfast team, to the room surprises, and the exceptional service during dinner. These details make all the difference and are precisely why we keep coming back year after year.

Our stay at Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Beach, Dubai was absolutely flawless. From the moment we arrived, the team at the entrance was so proactive and welcoming, setting a fantastic first impression.A special shoutout and massive thank you to Rafik from Guest Relations — he prepared an amazing surprise for us. Walking into our room, we were thrilled to see a beautifully personalized welcome decoration on the mirror featuring our photos, along with a thoughtful AI-generated portrait of us and some exquisite sweet treats. We loved every bit of it and truly appreciated his attention to detail and sincerity. The facilities and dining were just as impeccable — the beach was stunning and relaxing, and breakfast offered a fantastic variety of high-quality options.Overall, the service and personal touches here went above and beyond. Highly recommended, and we can't wait to return!

I’ve been visiting Dubai for many years and have stayed in hotels across Jumeirah, JBR, Downtown and Al Barsha. Without a doubt, Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the city.

What I loved most was that it felt like a true luxury resort without ever feeling overwhelming. It has a boutique feel despite offering everything you’d expect from a world-class five-star hotel. Everything is easy to get to, and the whole resort feels calm, elegant and incredibly welcoming.

The pools were fantastic, with several interconnecting pools at different temperatures, including dedicated areas for children. The beach was beautiful, especially in the evening, and far more relaxing than the busier beaches elsewhere in Dubai.

The rooms were stunning, and we were fortunate to be upgraded to Club Lounge access. That really made our stay extra special. The lounge was peaceful, beautifully presented, and the food and service throughout the day were excellent. Every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Tatiana, who checked us in after our very early morning arrival and made us feel at home from the moment we walked through the door. She was warm, kind and incredibly accommodating. Thank you as well to Khalid and the wonderful Club Lounge team, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. One member of staff even remembered our family’s orders the following day, which is the sort of attention to detail that makes a real difference.

The Kids Club was another standout. We’ve experienced several kids clubs in Dubai over the years, and this was easily one of the top ones. The team kept the children engaged with a wide range of activities, and it was clear they genuinely enjoyed spending time with them.

The spa was exceptional. A special thank you to Pan, whose massage was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. He found and released knots I didn’t even know I had. The salon and spa facilities were equally impressive and added another level of luxury to the experience.

The breakfast, both in the main restaurant and the Club Lounge, was excellent, the hotel itself is beautifully designed, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and genuinely eager to help.

I rarely stay at the same hotel twice because I enjoy trying new places, but Mandarin Oriental Jumeira is one of the very few hotels I’d happily return to. For me, it offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, outstanding service and a wonderful family-friendly atmosphere.

A truly exceptional hotel, and one I would recommend without hesitation.
