Great experience
Great lobby, only difficult to connect with wifi however stay was great. Thank you Mehmoud for warm hospitality, for assisting us with luggages and for giving us information for nearest mall access and facilities in the hotel. Such a great experience!!

Professional & Firm
We are regular guests at your hotel, and during our recent stay of almost eight nights, we had the opportunity to experience most of the hotel’s facilities and services.
I would like to sincerely recognize Mr. Chamara, Mr. Fred, Mr. Mohammed Jud, and Mr. Islam (from Housekeeping department ) Their professionalism and genuine hospitality were exceptional and truly made our stay special.
Unfortunately, our experience with Nassim at the breakfast area was completely different. His attitude towards us was consistently rude and, based on our repeated interactions, came across as discriminatory and racist, particularly in the way he treated guests based on their nationality. He would even interrupt or redirect waiters when they tried to assist us, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Regardless of nationality, every guest deserves equal respect and professional treatment. I strongly believe this matter requires serious management attention and appropriate training.
Sadly, despite being loyal guests, this experience has left such a negative impression that my family and I have decided not to return to the hotel solely because of this individual’s unacceptable behavior
Wonderful Family Pool Experience
We had an amazing experience at Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek! We visited for the family pool access and absolutely loved it. The facilities were beautiful, the pool was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the spa as well. Everything was clean, relaxing, and well maintained, making it a perfect family day out.
A special thank you to Mosfiqor and Deep for their warm hospitality and excellent service. They made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly loved our visit and would definitely come back! ❤️
