Very goid!
Excellent location, most friendly atmosphere with extremely helpful and accommodating atmosphere! Rooms are spacious and neat, very nice beds! Restaurant and food was excellent! We enjoyed the pool very much and our granddaughter was treated as a queen!
Not the Standard I Expected from Mercure,Unacceptable Room Conditions and Ongoing Construction
I’m very disappointed with my experience at Mercure Dubai Al Mina Road.
The swimming pool was under construction, but I was not informed about this before my stay, which was very disappointing. The TV screen in the room was also broken and not working properly.
Most concerning was the condition of the towels. They looked extremely old, worn out, and as if they had been chewed or damaged by a rat. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
I expected much better cleanliness, maintenance, and communication from Mercure. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and improves the condition of the rooms and facilities for future guests.

Great stay at the hotel.
Coffee is great, must try at the restaurant. Fish and chips are the best, i believe they're best prepared out here in whole of Dubai. Special mentions to Angelo, Sunita, Leviny, Priyesh, Subhadip, Chanpreet etc all the staff in the restaurant are great. The ambiance in the lobby is great.
Front desk, Mr. Adel, Yaseen, Shivagami etc are super helpful as usual. Request for room change is honoured without any questions asked and they provide the best rooms based on our needs, this is guest service at it's best. They make sure our stay is as pleasant as it should be.
At Conincerrage section, Sajid, Jenuferuddin, Abu Baker, Nazeer, Safi, Naveen etc are super helpful and always there for any support.
Housekeeping- Mr. Tahir and team are amazing at their job. No complaints from them, they're best at what they do.
Mercure Gold Hotel has been my trusted partner for my dubai visit from last 2+ years. Highly recommended
