Perfect Location, Wonderful Stay
We had such a lovely stay at Millennium Plaza Downtown Dubai! The location is EVERYTHING! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was on point, and it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely attentive. A special thank you to Philip, Loise, Rohan, Raja, Malintha, and Ghait/F.B for making us feel so welcomed and cared for. The service was truly exceptional. We’ll definitely be back! 🤍

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Millennium Downtown Dubai and would happily return.
The rooms were exactly what we had hoped for: very clean, spacious and extremely quiet. We all slept exceptionally well – and that is saying something, especially when it comes to my daughter. 😊 There was no disturbing noise at all, and the rooms felt very peaceful.
We also really appreciated that breakfast was available until quite late, which made the mornings much more relaxed.
A very special mention has to go to Philipp and Usman Aldana, who made our stay especially memorable. Philipp became our absolute favourite at the buffet and during meal service. He was incredibly attentive, warm and genuinely kind. He always seemed to know what we needed before we even asked and regularly brought my little son Benjamin his cocoa. We honestly would have loved to take Philipp home with us. 😊
The food was another big surprise for us. My daughter is quite demanding when it comes to food and usually very attached to German cuisine, so I was amazed that she did not complain once. Quite the opposite – she loved it. She even said that one of the cakes was the best cake she had ever eaten, which is a serious compliment in our family because we are very good bakers ourselves. 😄
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful, the pool is a dream, and we loved that the sauna was always available. Everything we needed was there and we really could not find anything to complain about.
The location is also excellent, only around two minutes from the Metro, which made getting around Dubai very easy.
Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome.

Mobin is pretty fast and very organized he turned the room 180 degrees and he cleans very well
