Wonderful stay with excellent service
We had a truly pleasant and memorable experience during our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I would like to give special recognition to Ms. Thandar from the Front Desk. She was extremely welcoming, polite, and professional throughout our stay. Her warm smile, positive attitude, and willingness to assist made us feel very comfortable and valued as guests.
I would also like to sincerely appreciate the Restaurant Team especially Mr. Bintu and Mr. Milan for their excellent service during our dinner. Both were friendly, attentive, and professional. They were always approachable and made sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the meal.
A special appreciation also goes to Chef Aung for the excellent food we enjoyed during breakfast.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The combination of comfortable accommodation, delicious food, professional service, and genuinely friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable and memorable.

Nice and Comfortable Hotel in Dubai
I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Dubai. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and welcoming. A special thank you to Ms.Thandar at the reception, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. Her amazing hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pleasure to stay
Location is very good any easy access to most of the tourist places. Room is very nice. Value for the money. Mr. Ajith , Receptionist Mr. Ajith is very helpful. Breakfast menu can be improved.
