My family had a staycation, and we give it a try since their rate is family friendly. The breakfast is so generous to the point that we don't need to have lunch somewhere. And upon our checkout, while im waiting for my kiddos (playing PS5 in their kids area) I spoke to one of the staffs named JOSEPHINE (I think from Kenya) at first we talked about work, and later on about life. She was so professional and you can really feel that she is very grateful about her job. Naturally she had this sincerity which I do believe every guest's needs while having a conversation. She earned my respect and Novotel must highlight my review to her. Keep it up. She's been very grateful in life, and a very professional staff. In addition, I would like to thank also the life guard named PRITIYAL, he's been so caring and very positive vibes.

I had breakfast here and the food was very good. Kamal provided excellent service throughout our visit. He was polite attentive and made sure we had a great experience. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff Jyothi made us feel genuinely welcome—she set the tone for the whole trip. Breakfast in the morning was ample, thanks to Emily from the restaurant, our kids felt more than welcome. We have been to more hotels that usual, however this is the first time our kids have been offered food apart from what is served because she noticed they were not eating. And a special shoutout to Pritipal, the pool attendant, who was very hospitable and very respectful specially with our kids. The place could benefit from an upgrade but it was the people here that truly make the place shine.
