**Great Hotel, but Poor Response to Special Request**
I stayed at this hotel for the second time because I really enjoyed my first visit. The hotel is beautiful, and that’s why I chose it to celebrate my husband’s birthday.
Before our stay, I requested a birthday cake twice—once by message and once by phone—but both requests were ignored. It was disappointing, especially since it was a special occasion. I hope the hotel improves its communication and attention to guest requests.

Such a lovely experience at the La Pıscına pool. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, and the service made the day even better.
