Upon check-in, we were received like warmly anticipated guests. Our room was ready, and we had absolutely stunning panoramic views of the Downtown Dubai and Business Bay areas. Throughout our stay, we experienced impeccable, attentive service from the F&B team across every restaurant we visited, as well as through In-room-dining. Quentin, Francisco, Criselda, Harish, the chefs (whose names I unfortunately missed, though their cooking was delicious), and the waiters were incredibly welcoming and highly efficient.

The hotel maintains exceptionally high cleanliness standards, complemented by a great variety of in-room amenities, ranging from day-to-day essentials to more sophisticated items like bath salts and a loofah. The toiletries were beautifully curated (featuring the Paramount and Roberto Cavalli brands). The laundry service was top-tier—my shirt looked even better than new. Room servicing was executed flawlessly, and I am deeply grateful for the amazing care from the housekeeping team, especially Shehadat. He was incredibly attentive, anticipating every small detail to ensure my room felt as comfortable as possible.

Our stay was more than just relaxing; it was the experience of a true getaway with no worries at all, leaving us with a feeling of complete serenity and peace. A truly magical effect! We absolutely loved this place.
