Hotel Stay and Afternoon Tea
We recently celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary at Paramount Midtown, and it was truly a memorable stay. As part of the celebration, we treated ourselves to the Emily in Paris–themed afternoon tea at the Malibu Sky Lounge, and it exceeded every expectation.
Tun and Charles made the experience unforgettable. Their attentiveness and warmth turned a lovely afternoon into something truly special, and their thoughtful surprise of a delicious chocolate cake was such a sweet touch. Between the impeccable service and the delightful setting, we're already looking forward to going back.
The front desk team deserves a special mention too. The gentleman who checked us in went above and beyond by upgrading our room to a suite, a gesture that made our anniversary feel even more celebrated.
And the infinity pool is stunning!
All in all, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish, and we couldn't have asked for a better way to mark the occasion.
Not as expected. Too much noise from other rooms.
After some stays in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, it's our worst experienced in a 5 Stars hotel. Too much noise from street and neighbours. Was impossible to sleep without being wake up during the night by the noise. Our room was changed on second night because first was not clean. In second room, we request for reparing the coffee machine but was never done. Breakfast is basic, not as we expected compared to the other 5 stars we stayed before

An absolutely outstanding bartender and host. Jishu has an incredibly polished and professional presence and seems to anticipate every wish before you even have to ask. The drinks are excellent, the service is attentive without ever being intrusive, and he makes you feel genuinely welcome.
Even the food from the kitchen in between drinks has been a real delight. Everything we tried was delicious.
What makes the experience especially memorable is his personality? 👉🏼 friendly, attentive and always willing to go the extra mile. He even joined us for a game of chess and turned out to be a very strong player too! 😁
A true asset to the hotel and one of the reasons we enjoy spending time at the bar so much. Highly recommended!
