Exceptional Stay – Truly Outstanding Hospitality & Upgrade!
I stayed at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana on a colleague rate, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish.
A huge special thanks to Mr. Sidique at the front desk during my check-in last night. He was incredibly warm, professional, and efficient. To make my arrival even better, he kindly surprised me with a room upgrade! It was such a thoughtful gesture that set a fantastic tone for the entire visit.
The rest of the team was equally impressive:
Restaurant & Breakfast Team (This Morning): Even though I was in a hurry and couldn't catch everyone's names in the morning rush, the team working breakfast today was absolutely outstanding, attentive, and welcoming. Housekeeping Team: Spotless room maintenance and fantastic attention to detail throughout my stay.
Even on a colleague rate, the level of care and recognition felt 5-star. Thank you to Mr. Sidique and all the wonderful staff at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana—I will definitely be back!

Best hotel in Dubai!
My wife and I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful and communicate very well with you. The room was clean and spacious and all amenities were working fine. I left a note to housekeeping for more hand wash for example and it was done! They left a special gift for our anniversary which was sweet and much appreciated. It’s an amazing location as you are just a stones throw from the metro which is then 1 stop to Dubai mall for example. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for a stay in Dubai as it ticks all of the boxes for us. I wish to thank all the staff at the hotel for the warm stay they gave us when we were there.

Clean but paying for nothing really
No entertainment no snacks unless u pay extra for them no where to dry wet washing i expected these as a paying all inclusive customer no entertainment whatsoever poor by all accounts food repetative all the time not impressed

Perfect team
Must have stayed in 30 Hotels in Dubai over the past few years. The service I received by the team at Rose Reyhaan was honestly one of the best. Room was not bad for what I paid. But what surprised me was how welcoming and friendly the team were.
Great hotel
Everything was perfect and all staff were very helpful especially Kaouther at the restaurant. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Dubai.
