Beautiful Hotel in Dubai Creekside
Wow very nice hotel and management, all the rooms are very wonderful view's from the rooms, staff's are very helpful, room's very spotless clean and tidy, housekeeping staff's are so helpful, i would like to thanks for all given such a wonderful hospitality, i will be back soon, henceforth this is my next my home, really am feeling like a my home Samaya hotel.
Bad experience
Had problems with cancellation and refund.. It was bad experience and service..Hope they improve their customer service and cancellation policy especially for long reservations..
Food was average .. Not recommending it and will not visit in future.
Excellent hotel
Stayed here for a week in September 2021 and hotel was excellent. Corridors were well kept and even smelt good. Lobby was spacious and had a cafe space too. The views of Dubai were also great from the 4th Floor. Doorman and check-in staff were also extremely professional. Location is about a 10-15 minute walk to Al Ghurair Mall and Union Metro Station. Easy for Uber pick-up. I recommend this hotel

Worst experience
1 its the worst experience i had onloline booking. After I waited 3hours to check in in the end they response no rooms we have problems in system and manger not there because its friday .alot of ppl just waiting for no thing no one can give any solution even they said no refund 😡 i let everey body know about my experience as. Even no polite way or apologies for their mistake

Had the best experience
My clients recently stayed in Samaya Hotel and they absolutely loved their stay in the hotel. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very courteous as well. A definite recommend if you are looking for an out of the World experience in Dubai.
