We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Grand Dubai. Brian at the reception was incredibly polite, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel truly valued throughout our stay.
The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the hospitality and overall service were outstanding. Thank you to Brian and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely love to stay here again!

What an amazing stay
I had an amazing stay at the Grand Sheraton Dubai. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to (Sajani) for her outstanding hospitality. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. She made my stay even more enjoyable and truly deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Service and Quality
So we decided to host our Junior High School Prom at Sheraton Grand Hotel - Dubai, and one thing to say is that it was so well done. The team was so cooperative and helpful, especially Cynthia, Shainy and Letizia. The event was so well coordinated from the smallest details and after weeks of discussions etc, seeing our event come to life actually felt so wholesome. The sound system, the food and everything that we included was just top tier quality and made everyone leave with smiles. This is definitely a hotel that offers us alot x

Had a wonderful experience at Feast by Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai! The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back!
