I'm a Diamond level guest of accord hotels, the service which I received in sofitel downtown was excellent, from the start of my check in till my departure everything was perfect. I would like to mention few people for their excellent service, David from the F&B gave us an experience which makes us come back aging, Mostafa the belman was always ready to assist with all my request, William from the concierge made things very easy as a business women I could not have asked for more as what ever I need was done right a way. Thankyou everyone for your services and we will surely be back soon. And also I will recommend this hotel to my friends and Family
