The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai an intimate beach retreat unveils renovated 294 rooms and suites. A full blown luxury holiday

The luxury and opulence of this hotel hits you the minute you arrive in the main lobby. The staff are exceptional and couldn't do more to be helpful and informative. The hotel itself is relaxed but retains a semblance of status that requires a reasonable sense of formality. The common parts are immaculate and beautifully decorated with fresh flowers etc. The rooms are very comfortable, and the room service staff are discreet and professional, it was a joy to come back to the room to see what little touches had been left for us, towel art, flowers etc. Using the gym every day was good and again spotless and the staff always helpful and welcoming. Pool and Beach attendants were, well, just that, very attentive, fresh towels and cold water, help with positioning of sunbeds and umbrellas again, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurants we used on site, Splendido, Blue Jade and La Baie were amazing. The food was delicious and again staff most welcoming. Having access to the Club Lounge was a bonus and very worthwhile, the selection of food and ambience were lovely.

Food, service, and ambience was amazing. Shout out to Hoai, Zon, and Nilar for taking care of me and sharing some amazing stories. Highly recommend if you want delicious food and a friendly environment 🥂

Impeccable service!

Ritz JBR has the most amazing service. Honestly one of the best places to stay in Dubai for the service and location. Ajith and the service team made sure the room was cleaned and stocked at all times. Thank you and looking forward to coming back.

Terrible customer service

One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a so call luxury hotel. First, I had to call over three times for someone to fix the coffee machines; then fives times to fix electrical outlets, among many inconveniences. I had other issues with staff about not being prompt in addressing my issues, even the director on duty and other senior managers. Really very disappointed with this over rated hotel. I even filed a written complaint that was unanswered for over 2 weeks, despite there follow ups from my end. JBR has many other better hotels, with genuine and effective customer service.
