Hotel is very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The Hotel amenities are beautiful and clean. The resort is huge and good ambiance. The food is very tasty and fresh. I would like to mention Rodney, Menchie and Rai for being helpful and attentive. We will definitely come back again.

Excellent location if you're looking for a more relaxed stay in Dubai. Hotel itself is simply laid out and very well presented. There is more than enough sports and leisure facilities at the resort to keep all ages entertained. The hotel facilities and rooms are spotlessly clean, the cleaning staff do a great job of maintaining this. All staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, they have went above and beyond our expectations to make sure all our needs are met. The buggy service is a great way to use all the resort facilities and restaurants. The food was fantastic in all the restaurants with generous portion sizes. During our stay, it was my Mums 60th birthday, and the staff organised a small private celebration in her room which was a very nice touch to make her day feel extra special. This was my first trip to Dubai, and thanks to the JA Lake View team, it certainly won't be my last. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.
