LEGOLAND® Hotel, Dubai is the ultimate destination for your family holiday. Make every stay an unforgettable one with this LEGO themed hotel within Dubai Parks and Resorts.
From the awesome dragon-guarded entrance and colourful lobby, complete with the low child friendly check-in desk, to the Disco Elevator, the Creative Workshop, the LEGO Pirate Ship Playground and the outdoor swimming pool.
Two family restuarants, Bricks (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and Skyline Lounge (dinner), both licneced and with happy hours.
First expression is excellent check in lobby etc. room was great. Pool was lovely. Sunbeds could be a bit cleaner. Thought activities could be more interactive, maybe a kids disco. Food was below average. Cold food salads and dessert were good but hot food was poor. Would stay again but not with a food option.

Very nice service thank you so much for all specially mr anees
The hotel is horrible loud and noisy, staff don’t have control over noisy tenants kids are screaming at 1 & 2 am and tenants keep slamming the doors, the rooms are connected you will not be able to sleep! I came during summer and a weekend very crowded and asked the staff three times diff staff to switch off the beeping sound in the elevator which adds extra noise to the chaos going on the floor, none of them did anything I regret my stay in my kids couldn’t manage to sleep and we’re all exhausted
Having stayed at the LEGOLAND Castle Hotel several times, we decided to try the LEGOLAND Resort Hotel for a change. Overall, we had a good stay and the children had a fantastic time, but there were a few areas that could be improved.
What we liked:
✅ Great location near LEGO MYTHICA and close to the car park. ✅ Self check-in was quick and easy, and we were able to check in around an hour early. ✅ Large indoor play area and plenty of LEGO-themed features throughout the hotel. ✅ Helpful staff who quickly provided an iron and ironing board when requested. ✅ Swimming pool located within the same building, although p it was under construction during our stay.
❌ We stayed in a Pirate Room with a view. While we could see the lake, the view was disappointing as the roof directly below our window contained a pair of dirty black knickers that remained there throughout our stay.
❌ The room above us was very noisy. We contacted reception via the QR code messaging service at around 9:00 pm and were advised that quiet hours were from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Unfortunately, the loud banging continued well past 10:00 pm, and the same issue occurred again the following evening. In the end, we simply had to put up with the noise.
📢 As a family-focused resort, I feel the quiet hours could be more family-friendly. Many young children and babies are asleep by 9pm, and 6am feels quite early. A quiet period of 9pm to 7am would better suit families staying at the resort.
❌ The shower gel dispenser was empty when we arrived. Although we highlighted this during our stay, it was never refilled over the three nights.
❌ The air conditioning did not appear to work properly. The thermostat would not go below 19°C, and although reception advised they had reset it, the room remained warmer than we would have liked throughout our stay.
Having experienced both hotels, we couldn't help comparing them. The Resort Hotel offers similar family facilities and a convenient location, but the Castle Hotel feels more premium. The entrance is more impressive, the theming feels more polished, the views are better, and the receptionist-led check-in provides a much warmer welcome. We had a very positive experience during our stay at the Castle Hotel.
Despite the issues, we still enjoyed our stay and had a lovely family holiday. However, for our next LEGOLAND visit, we will be returning to the Castle Hotel, as we feel it offers the better overall experience. 🏰⭐
