Great vacation

Review by Lesia2021 Lviv, Ukraine

Good location, subway order, beach, grocery store. The staff is attentive, polite, ready to help. Dubai will impress you with its large-scale projects...

We visited the tower, admired the fountains, visited the aqua show in La Perla, spent an unforgettable day on the beach. The beach towel can be picked up at the reception, entrance to the beach is free. If you want sunbeds and an umbrella, then you need to pay about $ 50 for two. Were also on the Photo Frame, not impressed. It is a pity that the Museum of the Future has not been opened yet. The appearance is impressive. There was not enough time to visit Expo 2020. Another world, another culture, another religion. It is very interesting to watch.

Lovely Hotel

Review by Brunoo T Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Very friendly hotel and welcoming hotel, all staff are always smiling and greeting us in the lobby, rooms are modern and clean all the time which is important during this period, location is also great just walking distance to the metro, marina mall and the beach, the Japanese restaurant is great too. The only negative thing is that we were on a low floor and the sound from the road is disturbing.

Amazing location and very high service level

Review by Katharina G

Stayed at the millennium place for one week. The location is amazing and the service level was overall very high. Especially the staff on duty when I arrived in the middle of the night was very friendly and helpful...

My room on the 13th floor was beautiful, in perfect condition and offered an amazing view over the marina.

However, it seemed at times that the reception was understaffed at peak times, leading to rather long (+30min) waiting times. The service level of the room cleaning varied from day to day. Sometimes they'd forget to fill-up the tea, sometimes they'd forget to provide shower caps. All small things but there is room for improvement. The room was always cleaned very well, though, which I personally see as the most important task of the room cleaning service. Breakfast was alright - rather large variety of food, decent quality, but nothing I'll memorise as a highlight of my stay. The pool is good to quickly cool down or for an afternoon drink but don't expect a big pool like at the big resort hotels. The gym isn't the biggest either but works for a normal workout.

All in all, I'd recommend anyone to stay at this place if looking for a nice hotel with great service in a great location. If you expect to mainly spend your holiday in the hotel, it might be better to find a hotel or resort with a bigger pool/gym/Spa.
