Good relaxed stay with family. rooms were excellent with direct access to lagoon. overall experience was fantastic.
Third visit with the family at this hotel. First visit 2018 and we stayed in the Lagoons, second visit 2022 we stayed in the lagoons. Both experiences from the room, kids club, activities food and restaurants and staff were amazing. Third visit now we are staying in the one bedroom suite room5711. The room is very spacious but I feel it needs updating. The housing on on the sprinkler in the bathroom was missing and we had to report that to get placed. Where do I start! Bushman’s restaurant closed. Teens club closed for renovating and it seem the south side aprtments are being renovated as there is constantly drilling in the mornings. The yoga clases are non existent. The food at crescendo is average. The best place for breakfast is Revo and dinner at the beach house! There are no coconuts or pineapples so we couldn’t order our favourite drinks. The cocktails at the beach house were terrible so I stuck to water and wine. Wrong information provide by staff about the gym and yoga classes. Day 4 into the break and I feel a little disappointed by the hotel. I was looking forward to it and was hoping it would live up to the last two times we visited but unfortunately it hasn’t. I think this will be the last visit.
