NOURIN STAFF REVIEW

Nourin was absolutely fabulous. She managed to find one of the best cocktails for me when the waiters seemed completely lost! We had a lovely conversation about her family and about London, where I’m from.

She was extremely helpful, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. The hotel should truly value her services—she is an exceptionally talented member of the team and a real asset to the hotel.

Wonderful stay ! The Hotel is amazing and one of the most luxurious we’ve ever been. Spécial thanks to Hussein the concierge : he was a great help to us, very efficient and really oriented towards customer satisfaction ! He took care of all our bookings and everything was perfect ! An Incredible Family Stay at Atlantis The Royal

We’ve had an incredible stay at Atlantis The Royal! From start to finish, the whole family has had such a fantastic time, and the service has been exceptional.

A special thank you to Ismail, and also to Amir and his fantastic team in the Royal Club Lounge, who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warmth and attention to detail really stood out.

An amazing hotel, an amazing experience, and we can’t wait to come back!
