Great Experience
I had a fantastic experience at the Marriott, and I’d especially like to recognise two members of the security team, Kess and Dennis.
Both of them were absolutely amazing — extremely friendly, professional, welcoming and always willing to help. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and made me feel comfortable and looked after throughout my stay.
It’s not often you come across people who genuinely take pride in their job and treat guests with such respect. Kess and Dennis are a real credit to the Marriott, and I hope their hard work and excellent customer service gets recognised.
