Don't come here for honeymoon
Came here on our honeymoon, contacted the guest relation team via email 6 weeks before arriving for complimentary upgrade due to it being our honeymoon or a quote to upgrade, no one got back to us. When we arrived I mentioned to the reception staff about it being our honeymoon, they said they couldn't upgrade or rooms due to the hotel being full (which is far enough, i totally understand that) but what she did say was they would make our honeymoon special. We didn't even get a balloon our room, there was no effect at all to make our honeymoon special from the staff. We stayed all inclusive here, big mistake!! We felt like second class, people that were paying would get the food before us even though we have ordered half hour before them. Two times we walked out of two different restaurants because of how long we had to wait for our food.
The pool staff was great with us, they work so hard in them high temperatures being outside and also the staff in the sport bar was fantastic with us expecially Kartik.
Ali on reception was very helpful with helping us, booked taxis and guiding us around the area.
Amazing service, great food and amenities

Great place to enjoy
Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at NH Collection Dubai The Palm. The location was excellent right on the beachfront and close to lots of restaurants, bars, and beach clubs. The Palm Jumeirah Mall is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, and the monorail station is also conveniently located there, making it easy to get around. We especially enjoyed spending time at the Sports Bar in the hotel. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. A special shout-out to Kartik and Winnie from the Sports Bar for their excellent service and for always being so welcoming and helpful. They really made our experience even more enjoyable!

Had mini buffet and coffee in revo cafe and it was good. Food and service was great thanks to nikunj nerieza sharon and the chefs
