Awful breakfast, staff attitude and conditions We tried to highlight the issues to the staff during the stay but they didn’t care

Shakila Ahmed has been the best housekeeper so far everyone else does not speak but he was actually talking to me and doing things without asking him to do it whereas the other you need to tell them. Great guy keep him he’s an asset
Exceptional Service from Vilos
Vilos is doing an excellent job and demonstrates a high level of professionalism. He is respectful, helpful, and provides outstanding service. I truly appreciate his effort and highly recommend him.
Staycation
Wouldn't have used so many points if I knew the service would be this low. Disappointed in the F&B offering all round - from breakfast to dinner. Size of the rooms as well as the "partial" sea view upgrade!
