Banyan Tree Dubai

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Dubai. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Every detail felt thoughtful, and the entire team made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for.

We stayed in an Ocean Serenity Room, which was spacious and beautifully designed, with a fantastic view of the sea. The bathroom was equally impressive and included a lovely bathtub. The room also featured a coffee machine with sustainable coffee capsules.

We particularly loved the thoughtful daily touches: fresh incense sticks in a different fragrance as well as beautifully scented oils. Every day, we also received a small gift, such as a fan, sunscreen or lip butter. These lovely surprises were not only useful but also showed how much thought the hotel puts into its guests’ experience. Everything was presented with such care and made the room feel even more special.

As we arrived very early, we were invited to enjoy a complimentary breakfast, and a delicious welcome cake was waiting for us as well. For our anniversary, the hotel also surprised us with a complimentary cabana at the beach – such a lovely gesture that made our celebration even more memorable.

A very special thank you to Michael from the concierge team. He was incredibly kind and always took the time to chat with us in the evenings. You can truly tell that he loves his job and genuinely enjoys making guests feel welcome. He is simply a great person, and his warmth, enthusiasm and positive energy made every encounter with him a pleasure.

The gentlemen at the entrance were also consistently helpful, especially when arranging taxis. Special thanks to Patrick for his warm and attentive service.

Housekeeping was excellent: everything was spotless, requests were handled quickly, and the room was always beautifully maintained.

Breakfast was another highlight. There is a fantastic selection from both the buffet and the extensive à-la-carte menu. We especially loved the sweet dishes as well as the amazing chicken and waffles. Offering so many freshly prepared à-la-carte options is also a thoughtful way to reduce food waste.

A huge thank you to Khin, who seemed to anticipate every wish before we even mentioned it. When I had a headache, he brought me an espresso with lemon, and when I was hoarse, he prepared ginger shots for me. This level of genuine care and attention was truly exceptional.

The entire resort is beautifully maintained, including the pathways leading to the beach and pool. The team there was always attentive, and fresh complimentary water was provided immediately. The food was excellent as well. Drink prices are slightly ambitious compared with some other hotels in the same category, but still acceptable considering the overall quality and experience.

Special thanks to Gladson, John and, above all, Deepal. They were all fantastic and took such wonderful care of us. Deepal looked after us at the beach every single day and made our time there feel particularly special. His warmth, attentiveness and genuine hospitality were truly outstanding.

The spa and gym facilities are equally impressive. We enjoyed two massages as well as the Rainforest Experience, and everything was sensational. Many thanks to Thunya, Dita and Giriya for making our spa visits so memorable. The gym is modern, very well equipped and never felt crowded. There was even a trainer available to answer questions and offer assistance.

Overall, the service at Banyan Tree Dubai is truly outstanding. What impressed us most was not only the professionalism, but the genuine warmth of the entire team. We felt exceptionally well looked after throughout our stay and would return without hesitation.

We booked Royal Sunbeds for a pool day and the service by Neenaj was incredible from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left. An incredibly relaxing spot - great food and cocktails, and superstar team that looks after your every want and need. It’s a new favourite for us in Dubai.
