The hotel is lovely, and is accommodating for everybody. In particular, Janaka (housekeeping) has made our experience unforgettable with his friendly and welcoming personality. He is a hard-working, amazing worker that the Hilton are lucky to have.
Exceptional
Celebrated our wedding anniversary and We had a wonderful 2 nights stay and no regrets coming back for the 2nd time around. Special Requests are executed and nicely done, special thanks to Ms. Dipti who handled us proactively and efficient. Thank you for the initiative to provide exceptional service and made sure that our stay is memorable. Recommending to Access to the executive lounge as well. The food is good but the staffs specially April,Sain,Erika,Ei Ei and Jean and interactive and welcoming. Well done👌 Just to bring your attention, the lever for the small and big shower is placed the other way around. Please have it check. I tested it for my vlog but i ended up wetting my self. 🤣 silly me. Room 623.

Excellent customer service from all staff, especially Madhab the concierge. Facilities were clean and modern. Housekeeping was always to a high standard
Disappointing Executive Lounge Experience
This was our second visit to Hilton Dubai Jumeirah in 6 months. A good hotel in a great location, nice adult pool with direct beach access. We booked an executive room with lounge access but we were disappointed this time. Nice breakfast and afternoon tea 2-4pm but they have changed the time of evening drinks from 6-8pm to 5-7pm. Lots of people were commenting that it was far too early for evening drinks. There was also lots of unruly children in the lounge this time which made it less exclusive than our previous visit. We enjoyed a nice meal in the Italian restaurant but the main buffet restaurant was disappointing. We found our stay this time very average and will give it a miss next time we visit Dubai - hopefully it will get back to its usual high standard when tourism picks up.

Chef Nijo
Exceptional service from Chef Nijo! My daughter has food allergies and Nijo considered and catered for her carefully each meal time, even making her food that was not on the menu so that she could safely enjoy her meals. The food was delicious too 👌🏼
