Rooms at first were clean, but after the cleaning service it was still a bit dirty. Food was good. The location is also well replaced ( near to mall and the beach). Atmosphere on hotel was also pretty nice. The noises were a bit loud in the evening, from the neighbors. The room service was a bit at the low level, they didn't put the new items after taking the old ones. This was also a problem. We had to call the receptionist in order to get the new items. Overall, our experience here was medium.
Great hotel in Dubai Marina
The hotel exceeded my expectations! The service was excellent, and the reception staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. My room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The location in Dubai Marina was perfect — just about 10 minutes from the beach, with 24-hour supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great experience, lovely people, great service and never ending help. We had a brilliant time.
Tahil’s cleaning of our room was always spot on and Akhtar was such a great help at concierge.

A hotel with excellent service.
A wonderful hotel. Conveniently located. The hotel is clean and the service is excellent. Nearby is the metro, a market, and a promenade that we strolled along every evening. We will definitely come back here.
